We want you to love your Hairburst journey, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your unopened products within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all security seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all safety seals still in place.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your Return Authorization code on the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a tracked service; once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
